Profile
Work and Organizational Behavior MSc student at University of Limerick looking to lead future change efforts in design, development, delivery, evaluation of training, organization development, knowledge management, distance education, and e-learning to improve human performance. I was able to use an intern position to develop online learning materials to prepare the office for remote work. Additionally, my previous career as a cosmetologist equipped me with excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as the discipline and self-motivation to be self-employed.
